If you were looking for a graphics editor that's efficient and lightweight, you've found it. That's because Turbo Plot is such a program, and although still in beta, has all the hallmarks of the great tool that it will become. That's because you can draw beautiful and complex forms and functions.

Obviously, you can save those images, burn them as vectored image files (ie, vector-based images), so you can print them or save as PDFs. You can also record TPLXML (containing text files you've created in text commands), SWF (Flash files), etc.

Turbo Plot lets you create 2D, 3D and Direct3D graphics (the authors are experimenting in 4D), select the font, brush, pencil, choose the texture, size, etc. And of course, make use of matrix functions, rotation, scale, zoom, etc. And all this for free.
